Ken Huthmaker
Ken Huthmaker (In Memoriam)

The entertainment and photography world will greatly miss Ken Huthmaker, the Producer of “Eye on Entertainment” and Public Relations Manager for the City of Gardena.  Having been in the entertainment business and around Hollywood for
over 40 years, Ken was fortunate to meet and photograph many exciting and memorable people.  He photographed John F. Kennedy, Buzz Aldrin, Neil Armstrong, Eleanor Roosevelt, Muhammad Ali, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Debbie Reynolds and
many other stars.  He was an accomplished photographer and videographer and worked as a writer for Palos Verdes Estates Peninsula News.  We are proud to say that Ken was an honorary Fellow of the Ambassadorial Society of America.  I
will personally miss Ken immensely.  I first met him when I was Miss Los Angeles Chinatown many years ago.  The last time I saw him was when we filmed the “Night of 100 Stars” on Oscar night in March and he looked so healthy.  He was a
former marathon runner and was always in top shape.  His untimely death on June 17, 2007, from a sudden disease was devastating to his family and many friends, but he will live on in all of our hearts and minds.
